Bezecom Services

Bezecom gives you comprehensive services that facilitate your communications needs.
You can use Bezecom services via your landline telephone, cellular, computer or SIP phone.
Your friends can call you on your Bezecom number by dialing a local number in their country – you choose where you want to receive your calls.

Landline or cellular outgoing phone calls

Call from your cellular and landline from wherever you are, just dial your local 
access Number and you’ll be connected to Bezecom network. 
You can either call another member or use our calling card service to call other destinations. 

Global Number

is your local extension around the world. Via this number everybody 
can reach you by dialing their Local access Number and your Bezecom number,
wherever they are! Our access Number  are available in most major cities
 around the world (in over 50 countries) and in order for people to reach you, 
all you need to do is to set up your incoming phone number in your account.

PinlessDial

This service allows you to connect to our calling card service without punching in your account details 
(Bezecom number and password). 
Once you entered your numbers to thePinless Dial 
section our system will recognize you and give you access to the service.

Local Private Number

This feature allows you to get your very own personal number in Israel (area code 03) England or USA.
Your friends and family can call your personal number and the call will be forwarded directly 
to your cell or landline phone. 

Call divert service (IVR)

 Call divert service facilitates the ability to divert your incoming calls
 to three of your different phone numbers where you want to receive your calls.
 Friends that call you will hear a menu which enables them to choose which of your phones they want to reach. 
 For example: when a friend dials your number (Direct number or Bezecom number) he will hear a menu where
 he will be given the option to dial ‘1’ for your mobile, ‘2’ for your home phone or ‘3’ for your office.
 With that service you will never miss an important call. (You will have the option to choose any combination in the menu).

Speed Dial

 Speed Dial service allows you to call chosen phone numbers by dialing a short code of one number (between 0-9).
Using the Speed Dial service:
Dial  one of our access numbers and wait for the welcome message. Once the message is heard, press the asterisk (*) 
key followed by the number linked to  the phone number you want to call.       
Click here to assign speed dial numbers and activate the serviceץ.

Call After Call

This service allows you to make several calls to different destinations without dialing the access numbers for each call. 
If at the end of your call (after the other side has disconnected) you want to make another call, please hold and wait 
until you hear a recorded message – you then can dial to your desired destination.

Internet calls
Bezecom gives you the option to make and receive your international calls using the internet via:     
      Web Phone
      Soft Phone     
This is a service for those who wish to use their PC as a way to talk with others instead of their landline or cellular phones 
With this service you avoid the local call costs.
   
Tip!    
This service is very convenient for travelers who take their laptop, or internet phone along with them. 
Being connected to the internet allows you to use our services and enjoy our low rate calls.
You can also receive your calls to your computer, which will save the expensive roaming fees.
