How does the Bezecom network work?

Every Bezecom member receives a unique number and password enabling him to the following main features:
  • Make free long-distance phone calls to regular land lines to specific destinations.
  • Receive calls from friends and family abroad to your regular land line phone (their call is free for them calling specific destinations).
  • Make and receive free calls when calling Bezecom member using the computer and web-browser or softphone software (provided free of charge).
  • Enjoy regular land line top communication quality.
  • Many other features

How do I call someone?

Once you receive your bezecom username ID and password you can call your friends and family in the following forms:

Via regular phone:
  • Dial your local access number
  • If you are calling a Bezecom network member simply dial his bezecom number.
  • If you are calling a free land line destination you will need to log into our calling card service
Using web-browser or softphone software:
  • If you are calling a Bezecom network member simply dial his bezecom number.
  • If you are calling a free land line destination simply dial your desired number.

How does someone call me?

To call a Bezecom member, the caller needs to dial a local access number and then the Bezecom number. For example, if your Bezecom number is 500-444,

your friend living in NYC USA can call you by…

  • Dialing the local access number in NY, USA: 212-796-5900
  • Dialing your bezecom number: 500-444
  • Your Bezecom phone will ring.
Your friend in Israel will dial…
  • Dialing the local access number in Tel aviv, Israel: 03-978-9999
  • Dialing your bezecom number: 500-444
  • Your Bezecom phone will ring.

How do I call using the calling card service?

Once you have a Bezecom number and password you can make calls to anywhere by…

  • Dial the local access number.
  • Dial 0 for phone access service
  • Dial your Bezecom network phone number + #
  • Dial your password + #.
  • Dial the desire destination + #.

Can I use my regular phone?

Absolutely yes!

Bezecom is a next generation phone company. We understand you prefer to make and receive calls via your regular phone line and you want to get the best sound quality of service.

Can I use the internet and my pc?

Yes, With Bezecom you can also make and receive calls using your computer. You can download our free softphone software free of charge or use your web-browser for your communication needs.

Free calling scenario

In our example let's take 3 people:

  • Einav lives in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Her Bezecom number is 500-222
  • Amir lives in NY, USA. His Bezecom number is 500-333
  • Rachel lives in Paris, France. His Bezecom number is 500-444

Rachel on her way to work can call from her mobile phone the Bezecom local access number in Paris and then dial 500-222 and talk with Einav in Israel. Rachel is only paying for the local call in Paris. Einav wants to talk to her friend Amir , so she calls the local access number in Israel and then 500-333. Amir picks up his regular phone at home after he used the free "follow-me" service to his regular landline provided by the Bezecom network. Einav pays for the local call in Israel when she talks with Amir in NY.

How much does it cost to call someone?

Free of charge to a Bezecom customer calling regular land lines in Israel, England, and France. In the USA and Canada the service is free when calling a landline as well as a mobile phone.

How will the call appear on my phone bill?

You will see a local call to the Bezecom network access number.

Does the free service have limit in calls?

No. you can make as many calls as you like by renewing your virtual credit, from time to time.
The renewal is made from your account.

Do the calls in premium packages really unlimited?

Yes - when you are registered to a package with “unlimited calls” and you call to the destinations included in that plan.
However, unlimited calling plans are for private and fair use, but even when account use goes beyond normal use, you will be allowed to end the period you have paid for.
